MEDIATION RATES
OUR RATES
In general mediation and arbitration are extremely cost effective over traditional court costs. Our rates are competitive, and in the non-adversarial spirit of mediation, we realize that scheduling problems can happen and do not charge a cancellation fee, if appropriate notice of rescheduling is given. Our policy is notice must be given seven (7) days before the scheduled hearing to avoid a cancellation fee. Our hourly fee is $450.00 an hour.
